What if I am not happy with the job?
We provide a ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’ with every job, big or small. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will do whatever possible to satisfy you. To ensure the job is done to your satisfaction we will be in constant contact with you to make sure that we understand your needs at every stage. We pride ourselves on having an open line of communication with our clients and welcome any feedback.
How much $$?
We can provide you with a quote for any job you require. To determine the cost of your specific job we like to have a quick chat with you over the phone to gather basic details. Then we like to come and have a look at the job to discuss your requirements and possible options. This will then ensure that you will only be charged for the time and materials required to complete your job. We will provide you with a written quote showing you the exact cost for materials and labour so there are no surprises at any stage.
Will I be paying for the materials?
This is optional - we can arrange for our handyman to pick up the materials needed to complete the job and the cost of this will be reflected in quote given to you prior to booking in the job. The other option is for you to have the materials ready for the handyman prior to the service time which can be discussed at the first consultation.
Am I insured against property damage?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and our team at Essentially Odd Jobs are fully insured.
Do you have all equipment necessary?
Yes. We'll provide the appropriate equipment for every job that we offer you.
What are my payment options?
You can pay with cash upon completion of the job or you can pay via Direct Deposit which can be arranged when booking in a job.
How can I be sure that I can trust your team?
We offer a professional service with a friendly and reliable handyman. You can see our photos on our flyer and website so you know who to expect at your door at the agreed time. Our handyman will show up in a uniform driving a ute clearly identifiable as “Essentially Odd Jobs”.
